Marks & Spencer’s Bagels – Less Chemicals

It’s kind of hard to find good bagels in Hong Kong without too much chemicals. Recently, I have discovered some in M&S. They are quite easy to get as M&S Food have shops in many places now.

No E470, E471, E472 or E481, etc!!! I love their sesame bagels.

They also have other kinds.

If you cannot finish 5 bagels within a few days, you can put a few in zip bag and freeze them in freezer for weeks.  Before you eat, just take one out, leave it in room temperature for 30 mins and toast.
